Juriskps Law Offices was founded by the dynamic duo of Sanjeev Kumar and Amrita Chanchal, advocates having experience over a decade and a bar member of the Supreme Court of India. They along with colleague advocates bring a wealth of experience spanning over a decade to the firm. Sanjeev Kumar

Sanjeev Kumar, the co-founder of the firm, has more than a decade of professional experience and is a bar member of the Supreme Court of India. He graduated in Law from the prestigious Campus Law Centre of the University of Delhi and specialises in commercial, corporate, tax, and FEMA matters. Sanjeev advises and assists in complex corporate restructuring, M&A, equity transactions, restructuring, and regulatory matters.

Amrita Chanchal

Amrita Chanchal is one of the co-founders of the firm has more than ten years of professional experience and is a bar member of the Supreme Court of India. She graduated in law from Law Center-1 of the University of Delhi and specialises in regulatory matters, commercial disputes, arbitration, IP litigation, enforcement, prosecution, and transactions in India. Amrita is a resource person for POSH workshops and participates in POSH inquiries or proceedings as an external expert.
